Ethical IT manage the AVAYA phone systems in many of Ethical Property's owned and managed centres.

Note - Telephone Conferencing
Phone conferencing can be done using the phone system and your handset in your office. This is a dial out system (i.e. you dial out to each member, then begin the conference). There is no cost to this, other than the cost of the calls themselves. See the relevant phone guide for your building on how to make conference calls.
 
Unfortunately, the system does not allow you to distribute a central number for participants to dial in. We recommend two suppliers for this

  • Community Networks offering phone and video conferencing to the Charity Sector for a very low cost
  • PowWowNow offers free to set up phone conferences and participants just pay the cost of a local call per minute to dial in.
